Trail Hub Privacy Policy

Trail Hub is a beta mobile app for finding and coordinating group mountain bike rides. This policy explains the information collected during beta testing and how to contact us.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as email address and authentication status. We collect profile information you choose to add, including display name, bio, home region, and profile photo. We collect ride information you create or join, including ride title, description, start time, rider capacity, and location labels or map coordinates.

If you use comments, notifications, reports, or blocking, we store the information needed to provide those features, including comment text, notification records, report details, target snapshots, and block relationships.

How we use information

We use this information to operate Trail Hub, show relevant rides, support ride coordination, keep basic safety tools working, respond to support requests, and improve beta readiness.

Sharing

Trail Hub shows profile, ride, and comment information to authenticated riders when the app rules allow access. We do not sell personal information. We use service providers, including Supabase and Expo, to host, authenticate, store, and distribute the app.

Data deletion

To request deletion of your account or beta data, email support@trailhubapp.com from the email address used for your Trail Hub account.
